Certifications: Active American Health Association BLS required

Must-Have:

• Experience with electronic medical record systems
• Experience with level 1 trauma hospitals strongly preferred
• Previous or current travel experience strongly preferred

Description: COVID vaccinations are strongly encouraged. Please check the job posting requirements for the 14-panel drug screen. Agencies must ensure they can run the entire panel within 24 hours of offer acceptance before uploading candidates. A negative 14-panel drug screen must include the following substances:

• Amphetamines (including methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA)
• Barbiturates
• Benzodiazepines
• Cocaine Metabolite
• Opiates (including codeine, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone)
• Phencyclidine
• Methadone
• Mequaalone
• Propoxyphene
• Buprenorphine
• 6-Acetylmorphine

All new and returning agency staff must complete training from an approved provider for onboarding and clearance. Requested time off during this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. 8 hours of non-billable orientation are required.

Profile Requirements: Work history documentation is required. Skills checklist pertinent to the position must be current to within 1 year. One signed supervisory reference from within the past two years of employment is required. Current state radiologic technologist license is required. Active ARRT (R) certification is required. A valid driver's license is required. A permanent address must be included in the profile, and it must match the driver's license/state ID.
