Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 days/week | 12 hours/day | 36 hours/week | Schedule varies

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced NICU RN to provide specialized nursing care to premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- AHA BLS Certification.
- NRP Certification.
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience.
- Strong neonatal critical-care experience.
- Ability to care for critically ill and premature newborns.
- Must meet holiday requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to NICU patients.
- Monitor neonatal patients and identify changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Operate and monitor neonatal equipment.
- Assist with procedures and respond to neonatal emergencies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate with parents and families regarding patient care.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and facility protocols.
- Work required holidays according to facility requirements.
Holiday Requirement
- Work 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.
- Work 1 minor holiday: Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
