Location: Anywhere in Country Overview As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It is a client-visible role with opportunities to showcase leadership, develop teams, and establish new client relationships. Key Responsibilities Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs. Designing and developing user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience. Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives. Regular travel may be required to meet with clients and engage stakeholders. Skills & Attributes Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project and solution delivery including but not limited to design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases. Ability to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3–5 resources including offshore resources. Provide guidance and industry-leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation. Ability to analyze a company’s IT/OT Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading-practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps. Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management to ITSM processes. Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower, and their application across ITAM, HAM, SAM, OT asset management, and CMDB-driven workflows. Familiarity with Armis or similar OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms to support asset discovery, risk context, vulnerability prioritization, and ServiceNow workflow integration. Ability to shape AI-enabled asset management roadmaps that improve asset visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk management, operational resiliency, and business value. Ability to lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources. Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models – including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs. Ability to create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline. Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience. ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience Excellent soft skills – communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization Experience leading teams and supervising others A driver’s license valid in the U.S. Ability to travel to meet client needs Desired Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower) Experience with Armis and other OT asset tracking platforms (e.g., Nozomi) Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package rewarded on performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Base salary range for all geographic locations in the U.S. is $102,500 to $187,900. For selected metro areas, the range is $122,900 to $213,400.
