Recruiter II

Experienced in full-cycle recruitment, the full-time Recruiter II will manage the recruitment lifecycle for the Supply Chain Solutions division, focusing on sourcing and attracting high-impact leaders while working remotely. Key responsibilities Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring managers for various positions Develop and maintain effective relationships with placement agencies, HR, and business partners Ensure compliance with legal aspects of recruiting and promote the organization as an employer of choice Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Four (4) years or more of experience in a related area Experience with high-volume recruitment for entry to mid-level and managerial positions Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and compliance Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
