Bell Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the community meets all safety, maintenance, and appearance standards.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in excellent working condition.
