Teller

Responsibilities Greets all customers and visitors Processes daily transactions including receiving deposits and cashing checks Identifies counterfeit currency Explains and sells specialized products such as cashier’s checks Balances currency, cash and checks daily Promotes and maintains positive relations with customers May be responsible for bank openings and/or closings Requirements High School or GED One (1) year of teller experience required Customer service experience preferred Requires completion of Teller Fundamentals and Teller Level Up training within three (3) months Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in customer service and transaction processing, with a strong ability to identify counterfeit currency and promote specialized banking products.
