Youth Employment Coach: Career & Skills Guide

Wellnest seeks an Employment Specialist to assist 15–25-year-olds at the Life Learning Center, supporting employment readiness for youths with emotional disturbances. You will provide individual and group coaching, identify opportunities, and collaborate with treatment teams and employers to create durable job outcomes. The role involves field and on-site work, documentation in an EHR, and coordination with DOR; evening/weekend flexibility may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wellnest
