Mobile Service Technician

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls. Utilize mobile diagnostic tools to accurately troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues. Provide customers with transparent communication about services required and their vehicle’s condition. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of your mobile service vehicle and equipment. Collaborate with the dealership's service team to coordinate appointments and special requests. Adhere to safety protocols and dealership standards at all times. Qualifications Detail-oriented and organized Valid driver license ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory Service Technician experience preferred Strong use of technological devices including tablets Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
