Forklift/Warehouse AssociateA forklift/warehouse associate is responsible for a range of tasks associated with the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in a warehouse setting. Some specific responsibilities of a warehouse associate may include:Receiving and processing incoming shipmentsOperate forklift machinery (stand up, sit down, reach truck)Verifying accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipmentsStocking and organizing warehouse inventoryPicking and packing orders for shippingLoading and unloading trucksOperating powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouseAssisting with inventory management tasks, such as conducting physical counts and reconciling discrepanciesParticipating in continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and productivityIn addition to these specific tasks, warehouse associates may also be responsible for adhering to safety regulations and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records of warehouse activities.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourSchedule:8-10 hour shiftDay shiftM-TH or M-F
