Job Description The Service Coordinator handles coordinating service operations for assigned branches, customers, dealers and internal teams. This position serves as a central point of communication between customers, technicians, leadership, sales, and accounting to ensure service requests are entered, scheduled, documented, and billed correctly. This role requires ownership, accountability, teamwork, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities Service request and work order management Scheduling & Technician coordination Customer, dealer, and internal communications Data Entry Billing & Invoicing Purchase order follow up Service quotes, Installations Sales Support Parts, Warranty & Vendor Coordination Contract Management Customer account support Inventory, parts and scrap support Quality Control & Compliance Reporting, team support, and backup coverage Qualifications Strong organizational skills Clear and professional communication Attention to detail Ability to work in fast paced environment Dispatch Billing Customer Service
