Hello!

We are a small locally owned/operated cafe, serving a little bit of everything....coffee, food, beer, wine and cocktails!

We are looking for 21+ individual/s to add to our RendezCREW!

We are growing fast and need reliable, dependable, outgoing Brew Crew members who are ready to work hard and make great money!

Here you get to do it all! Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing food, making drinks, etc. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests!

$12/hr + tips. Paid weekly via direct deposit. Raises are based on merit, we have no cap to our hourly pay.

We are open Tues/Wed 7am-7pm, Thurs-Fri 7am-10pm, Sat 9am-10pm, Sundays 9am-2pm. Closed Mondays and all major holidays.

Hours we are mainly hiring for: weekday closing shifts (Tues/Wed 2pm-8pm, Thurs-Fridays 4pm-11pm. Saturday hours will vary, Sundays 9-3pm). More hours available.

Must be able to work weekends! Restaurant experience strongly preferred but we are willing to be flexible for the right people. We want outgoing, friendly, dependable teammates!

To be successful in this role, you should have good customer service skills, be a team player and be dependable and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter
• Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Skills

• Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Coachable/Trainable
• Able to retain information
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
