Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position : you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

What you'll do

You'll own the budget, forecast, and month-end expense reporting for a department, working with Finance partners in the U.S. and at global headquarters in Korea. This role calls for professional fluency in Korean and English and suits a detail-driven finance professional who can manage many moving parts with little day-to-day supervision.

• Prepare the department's yearly budget plan and present it to senior management and headquarters counterparts, including plan formatting and plan vs. actual/forecast analysis by GL and expense driver
• Run month-end closing expense analysis by GL and deliver a monthly financial report to your manager
• Forecast month-end expenses by GL for up to 6 months, upload accurate data to the headquarters reporting system, and report results monthly
• Prepare month-end financial status reports that explain variances between business plan and actual by GL
• Submit vendor invoices in SAP and support invoice clearing
• Support internal and external teams with R&D Tax Credit preparation
• Set yearly investment plans and share them with the Finance Management team; support purchasing, vendor registration as needed, and depreciation expense analysis
• Provide financial reports to your manager and department leaders as requested (labor, outsourcing, travel, entertainment, low-value assets, and more), ready to share with customers or headquarters
• Submit or support department approval requests in internal systems as needed (e.g., low-value assets, samples, repair and construction, lost property, immigration-related items)
• Work with financial management teams to find and reconcile budget discrepancies and request reclassifications
• Build positive working relationships with Finance counterparts and partners in GA, EHS, IT, and Security
• Lead office space planning with department managers and carry out moves, additions, and changes
• Track headcount weekly and monthly for financial reports
• Follow up on Texas third-party vendor new-hire approvals and termination requests with HRBP, HR vendor support, and Security
• Follow up on team project tasks, report progress to your manager promptly, and take notes during management reviews
• Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring

• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SAP
• The ability to summarize progress and results clearly for your manager
• Time management skills and the flexibility to adapt as priorities change so every task is finished on time
• The ability to work independently without regular direct supervision
• Organization, attention to detail, and clear communication, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Nice to have

• 7-10 years of accounting background or experience
