We are seeking a versatile, organized, and bilingual professional to join our team in Provo, UT. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by managing client relations, driving recruitment efforts, and assisting with day-to-day administrative duties like payroll.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales: Contact dormant or inactive clients to re-engage business relationships and drive new sales opportunities.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Fill open positions efficiently by managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.

Candidate Assessment: Interview potential candidates to evaluate their skills, cultural fit, and qualifications for open roles.

Operations Support: Assist with payroll management and general administrative tasks.

Skills & Competencies Required
Languages: Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish – written, reading, and spoken).

Human Resources & Operations: Experience with full-cycle recruiting and payroll management.

Client Relations: Strong background in customer service and account management.

Technical Skills: Computer literate and proficient in relevant office tools and software.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
