We invest in our people, provide the resources needed to succeed, and give technicians the freedom to do what they do best-solve problems and take care of customers.You'll work alongside experienced professionals who take pride in their craft and support one another when challenges arise.What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment for a variety of customers and facilitiesService rooftop units, split systems, package units, heat pumps, ventilation equipment, boilers, and related systemsIdentify and resolve electrical, refrigeration, airflow, controls, and mechanical issuesPerform preventive maintenance and service agreement work for commercial customersInspect equipment and provide recommendations to improve reliability, efficiency, and system performanceRead and interpret wiring diagrams, control sequences, schematics, and technical documentationComplete accurate service documentation and communicate findings clearlyBuild professional relationships with facility managers, property managers, contractors, and business ownersMaintain a safe, organized, and professional work environmentFollow all company safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and industry best practicesWhat Success Looks LikeYou enjoy tackling complex service calls and finding solutions others may missCustomers trust your recommendations and professionalismYou take pride in delivering quality work instead of quick fixesYou manage your day effectively and work independentlyYou contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvementWhat We're Looking For3+ years of commercial HVAC service experienceStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilitiesEPA Universal CertificationExperience servicing commercial HVAC systems such as:Rooftop Units (RTUs)Commercial Split SystemsHeat PumpsMake-Up Air UnitsExhaust and Ventilation SystemsExperience with commercial refrigeration systems preferredExperience with boilers and hydronic systems preferredAbility to read electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical manualsStrong understanding of refrigeration cycles, airflow principles, electrical troubleshooting, and control systemsExperience with low-voltage controls and commercial building systemsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independentlyPride in quality workmanship and professional serviceIf you're looking for a place where your technical skills are respected, your contributions are appreciated, and your manager understands the challenges of the trade, we'd love to hear from you.
