Site Activation Specialist

IQVIA seeks a Site Activation Specialist to manage feasibility assessments, regulatory documentation, and site coordination for clinical research studies. The role involves serving as the primary contact for investigative sites, preparing contracts, and maintaining project timelines and performance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for site feasibility, activation, and maintenance activities
• Prepare, review, and negotiate site documentation and contracts for completeness and accuracy
• Track, review, and follow up on regulatory, ethical, and contractual document approval and execution
• Update internal systems, databases, and project timelines with study-specific information
• Distribute completed documents to sites and communicate document completion status to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• 1–3 years of clinical research or relevant healthcare experience
• 3 years working in a healthcare environment or equivalent combination
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations, SOPs, and documentation requirements
• Proficiency with project management and database systems

Compensation: $49,200–$123,000 base
