RN ICU NightsLOCATION: BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MEDICAL CENTER, MARBLE FALLS TXDEPT: CRITICAL CARESCHEDULE: FULL TIME NIGHTSRELO: AMOUNT BASED ON DISTANCEProcedures: Bronchoscopy, Cardioversion, Intubation, Arterial line insertion continuous bladder irrigation chest tube placement, central line placement, thoracentesis and wound care. We will care for septic shock, cardiogenic shock, post-cath, post -IR, DKA, stroke, alcohol withdrawal, general surgery and urology. We do not have cardiothoracic surgery or neurosurgery. We have an 8 bed unit and patient to nurse ration is: RN's 2:1 for ICU pts and 3:1 for IMC pts and we have patient care technicians.We are a small community hospital, but we can provide a lot of care and medical intervention. With a combination of diverse specialists paired with our intensivist and hospitalist teams, we have a variety of experience and capabilities that usually are not afforded to small communities.
