Director of Demand Generation

Our client is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to build and lead a high-performing demand generation function focused on driving pipeline growth within complex B2B enterprise markets. This hands-on leadership role will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and account-based channels, optimize marketing automation and lead generation programs, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to deliver measurable business results.

The Opportunity
Build, scale, and optimize the demand generation engine.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
Implement and manage account-based marketing (ABM), marketing automation, and CRM workflows.
Own key digital demand generation channels and lead acquisition strategies.
Drive website performance, conversion optimization, SEO, SEM, and emerging search optimization initiatives.
Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously improve pipeline contribution and marketing ROI.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaign management.
Proven success building and scaling demand generation programs from strategy through execution and optimization.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, or similar technologies.
Expertise managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid media, search, email marketing, webinars, content syndication, events, and account-based marketing.
Experience leveraging ABM platforms and driving engagement within complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience building dashboards, measuring campaign effectiveness, optimizing funnel performance, and increasing marketing-sourced pipeline.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting enterprise software, technology-enabled services, healthcare technology, SaaS, or other complex B2B solutions is preferred.
Experience marketing to executive and operational decision-makers within large organizations is highly desirable.
