ECM Investment Banking Associate

This range is provided by Avant Search. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial models and market data to support equity issuances and other capital-raising activities. Develop pitch materials, offering memoranda and client presentations. Conduct industry and company research, providing insights into market trends in biotech and renewable energy sectors. Support the execution of equity capital market transactions, coordinating with sales, trading, legal, and compliance teams. Maintain relationships with institutional investors and other key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, ECM, or equity research, ideally with exposure to biotech and/or energy. Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and valuation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
