What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience
• Identify customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Stay knowledgeable about our vehicle inventory, features, and financing options
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to ensure complete satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (automotive sales experience is a plus but not required)
• A motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and internet-based tools
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ford experience or certifications are a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has the drive, determination, and desire to succeed.
