Requirements Previous forklift experience is required. Previous factory or manufacturing experience. Comfortable working in a food manufacturing/warehouse environment. Strong attendance and reliability. Strong previous employment tenure/work history. Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties for a 12-hour shift. Comfortable working around food waste and performing tote-cleaning duties. Ability to work in varying temperatures, includingsummer heat and winter cold. Ability to follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Job Duties Operate aforklift for a large percentage of the shiftto safely move and position totes and materials. Handle and dump large totes containing food waste. Thoroughly clean and prepare totes for reuse. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the food waste and warehouse areas. Follow all safety, sanitation, and food manufacturing procedures. Properly wear required personal protective equipment and food-safety gear. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
