CT Technologist - Radiology
Schedule: Day Shift with Call Rotation
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements:
- Graduation from an approved school of radiology technology
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensed by the State Department of Health
- Flexibility to work overtime and on-call duty
- Understanding of age-related developmental issues of pediatrics and geriatrics
- Maintain continuing education and meet required continuing education credits by the ARRT
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis of diseases and injuries
- Collaborate effectively with patients and their families, and consult with other departments as necessary
- Maintain a safe and clean environment while practicing confidentiality and professionalism
- Accept and provide constructive feedback, and support the mission and vision of the healthcare facility
- Adhere to infection control, fire and safety, disaster, and hazardous waste policies
- Manage time efficiently and demonstrate the competencies required for the position
