Experience: 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 6 months. 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred. Requirements: Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations. Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. COVID booster required after submission. Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months. RNs must be able to interpret EKGs. Required Credentials: You are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. Maximum 2 attempts allowed. There is a pass/fail Sim Lab on day one of orientation. Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Unit Details: B3A cardiopulmonary telemetry and neuro unit caring for neuro/CVA, pulmonary, and general telemetry patients. Centralized telemetry. Uses Airvo/High Flow. No IV team. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Floating Requirements: First to float; could float to a sister facility. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027.
