Licensed Clinical Therapist

Our multidisciplinary approach prioritizes care for the whole person, considering both mental and physical health. Bigger Skies offers in-person services in Maineville, Ohio and Newport, Kentucky. Role Description This is a 1099 contract, on-site Licensed Therapist role located at our Newport, KY clinic. The Licensed Therapist (LISW or LPCC) will provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based outpatient therapy and interventions. Duties include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting clients in achieving their mental health and wellness goals. The therapist will adhere to ethical guidelines and demonstrate professionalism and compassion in every interaction. Our therapists have a steady stream of clients from our multiple psychiatric providers. Qualifications Licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or equivalent in the state of Kentucky and/or Ohio Proficient in individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy techniques Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), documentation, and data management Excellent interpersonal communication and active listening skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Previous experience in outpatient mental health services preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
