The CES serves as a leader/consultant/mentor/change agent in curriculum development and educational delivery methods to advance the practice of clinical disciplines to achieve quality, cost-effective clinical support for patient/family outcomes within the organization and across populations. The scope of responsibility includes leadership in education, support of clinical practice, support and mentorship for clinical educators, consultation, research and interdisciplinary collaboration for education and practice.
