A confidential financial services organization in Summerville, SC is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. The Loan Servicing Specialist will support loan servicing operations, maintain accurate loan records, and assist with documentation and processing activities. Key Responsibilities

- Support daily loan servicing operations and related back-office processing activities.
- Maintain accurate loan data, records, and servicing documentation.
- Assist with loan documentation, account updates, and financial information review.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling loan files and sensitive data.
- Collaborate with management and loan operations team members to support workflow and service quality.
- Learn internal systems, procedures, and loan servicing processes through hands-on training.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $20 to $25 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support loan servicing operations and daily processing activities.
- Maintain accurate loan records, documentation, and financial data.

- Work collaboratively with management and loan operations team members.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred in banking, teller work, financial services, financial customer service, or loan servicing.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial information.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage documentation and data entry tasks.
- Willingness to learn loan servicing systems, processes, and procedures.
- Comfortable working in an operations-focused role with limited direct customer interaction.
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to commute to Summerville, SC, with candidates within approximately 30 to 40 minutes encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in loan servicing, loan operations, banking operations, or financial documentation.
- Teller, branch banking, or financial customer service experience with an interest in moving into back-office operations.
- Experience working with high-value financial transactions, loan files, or sensitive customer information.
- Familiarity with financial institution procedures, compliance-minded workflows, or loan documentation processes.
