About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – Texas**Start Date:** September 14, 2026 **Location:** Plano, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule**Highlights:** - 41-bed Level II-III NICU with advanced respiratory support and surgical capabilities- Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3, with occasional 1:4 assignments- Work with HFOV, conventional ventilators, CPAP, NIPPV, central lines, and ostomy care- MicroPremie and complex neonatal care experience valued- EMR system: CPN and Meditech- Collaborative team environment with experienced charge nurses and supportive staff**Requirements:** - Active Texas RN license or compact state license- Level II-III NICU experience required; Level III-IV experience preferred- BLS and NRP certifications required- Experience with respiratory support, surgical neonates (excluding cardiac/neuro), and MicroPremie care- Team-oriented professional with strong clinical skills- May float to Nursery as needed**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established NICU team caring for diverse neonatal populations in a supportive, collaborative environment.
