Whether you're looking for "mother's hours," a few shifts each week, or a full-time daytime schedule, we'll work with you to find hours that fit your life.

• Pay: $22 per hour starting pay, with increased pay for 5+ years or experience or speciality certificates

• Higher pay for short shifts

• Easy-to-use mobile app for clocking in, clocking out, and recording mileage

• Time-and-a-half pay for six holidays

   

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation

• Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Provide medication reminders

• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes

• Communicate with our office team regarding client needs and changes

• Massachusetts HHA or CNA certification preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication skills

• Home care experience is preferred

We proudly serve clients throughout Chelmsford, Lowell, Billerica, Tewksbury, Dracut, Andover, and nearby communities. Because many of our clients are clustered around Chelmsford, you'll spend less time driving and more time caring for clients.
