Program Manager

Our client, located in Longmont, CO is looking for a Program Manager to join their team.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Longmont, CO

Pay Rate Range: $100,000 - $120,000

Shift: 1st shift

What’s the Job?

• Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships

• Accept and process customer orders

• Review requirements and load information into the MRP system

• Communicate material schedules and identify potential material shortages or problem parts

• Provide readiness updates to internal teams

• Maintain customer status updates through the RAIL spreadsheet

• Manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, including:

• Receiving customer documentation

• Completing internal ECO documentation

• Ensuring ECO processes are completed before product shipment

What’s Needed?

• 5 to 10+ years of relevant professional experience

• College degree preferred/required

• Customer-facing experience

• Basic knowledge of the quoting process

• Experience working in ERP systems and dashboards
