Your Key Accountabilities

• Delivers expert work in the Procurement team with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards.
• Owns complex tasks in supplier development, negotiation, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively.
• Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows.
• Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
• Mentors less experienced colleagues, reviewing deliverables and elevating team standards.
• Coordinates cross‑functional adoption of discipline‑specific enhancements ensuring consistent application and measurable performance gains.

Who we are looking for

• Experienced Procurement or Supply Chain professional with strong expertise in sourcing, logistics, supply chain operations, or procurement.
• Proven ability to independently manage procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and sourcing initiatives while delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, investigate issues, interpret data, and implement process improvements.
• Skilled at collaborating across multiple functions and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident communicator who can present recommendations clearly and influence decision-making in a complex business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive standardization, and support the adoption of new processes and best practices.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering measurable business value through operational excellence.
• Able to work effectively in situations with multiple priorities, ambiguity, and evolving business needs.
• Experience mentoring colleagues or sharing expertise within a team is considered an asset.
