Pay & Benefits Drivers generally average between $1,350–$1,500 per week based on mileage, trip length, and productivity during the pay period. Benefits begin after 30 days and include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Orientation is paid, and travel related to orientation is covered for incoming drivers. Home Time & Schedule Drivers run 12 days out followed by 2 full days at home. Dispatch works to plan trips ahead whenever possible to help create a more predictable routine throughout each work cycle. Equipment Information Drivers are assigned automatic sleeper trucks maintained on a regular service schedule to help minimize downtime.
