Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $45-52 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time. Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist. Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient. Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer same‑day care. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Assist with charting and, when necessary, take x‑rays and save them into patient charts. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment. Work Environment We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
