Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized therapy interventions following the PT plan of care to help patients restore mobility and function
Document each patient's progress and response to treatment with accuracy and compassion
Empower patients and families through education and customized home exercise programs
Keep supervising PTs informed with clear communication about patient status and progress
Champion safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active PTA license in Massachusetts or the ability to obtain one
Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy and therapeutic intervention techniques
Patient education and home exercise program instruction
Accurate documentation and progress tracking
Infection control and safety compliance
Clear communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing PT services
