Portfolio Analyst (ePMO Analytics & Reporting)

Job Description Our client is seeking a highly technical Portfolio Analyst to support the Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). This is a high-visibility role that will partner closely with executive leadership, Product Management, and ePMO stakeholders to provide critical portfolio reporting, analytics, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly pivot between priorities, and is comfortable translating complex data into meaningful executive-level reporting. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining portfolio dashboards, analyzing project financials, and ensuring leadership has the information needed to manage large-scale initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain executive-level portfolio reporting for the VP of ePMO and senior leadership. Partner with Product Management and ePMO leaders to gather, analyze, and report on portfolio performance metrics on a weekly basis. Extract and analyze project and financial data from

and Snowflake. Develop Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into portfolio health, resource allocation, financial performance, and project progress. Support data-driven decision making through ad hoc analyses and executive presentations. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to improve reporting processes and data accuracy. Ability to retrieve and interpret detailed transactional and financial information directly from SAP. Experience writing Snowflake SQL queries and generating data extracts from enterprise data sources. Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and database structures. Experience building complex dashboards and visualizations in Tableau. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to both technical and business audiences. Experience supporting executive-level reporting and portfolio management initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. What Will Make You Successful SAP Internal Orders (IOs), Cost Centers, and project financial structures. Commitments, forecasting, budgeting, and actuals within SAP. Data warehouse concepts including fact tables, dimension tables, and financial data modeling. Designing executive dashboards that provide meaningful insights for CIOs, PMOs, and senior leadership teams. Transforming large datasets into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations. Technical Environment Experience with Aha! or similar portfolio/product management platforms. Experience supporting portfolio governance, roadmap planning, or PMO functions.
