Associate Attorney (Plaintiff Litigation) Salary: Up to $100,000 + Benefits LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing and highly respected plaintiff litigation firm in North Dallas that is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its successful trial team. This firm is known for handling complex personal injury, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters while providing attorneys with the resources, support, and mentorship needed to thrive. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of plaintiff litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Take and defend depositions Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients Provide legal guidance and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas Strong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures Experience providing legal advice and client counseling Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills Strong verbal communication and advocacy abilities Trial experience or a strong interest in courtroom litigation preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Authorized to work in the United States Medical insurance with 100% of the employee base plan covered by the firm Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off Life and AD&D insurance Voluntary life insurance options Long-term disability coverage Experienced trial attorney mentorship Strong litigation support team and resources Opportunity for long-term professional growth with a rapidly expanding firm Why Consider This Opportunity?
