Your impact As an Environmental Remediation Project Manager based in Texas, you’ll play a crucial role in cleaning up our communities and improving our environment. What You’ll Do:Lead and Manage Projects: Plan, staff, schedule, and budget projects while ensuring quality, consistency, and safety.Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with subcontractors, internal support staff, and subject matter experts.Technical Excellence: Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and design and implement pilot studies and remedial systems.Client Interaction: Engage with clients and regulators, present information, and facilitate discussions on site management strategies.Mentorship and Growth: Provide motivation and direction to project teams, and benefit from mentorship opportunities to help you grow your career at Jacobs. Here's what you'll need What You’ll NeedEducation: Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, geology, or a related technical field.Experience: 7+ years of experience in the industry. 3 years minimum of managing projects. Proven experience in environmental projects, including site investigation and/or remediation, subcontractor oversight, and managing project teams.Certifications: 40-hour HAZWOPER certification or the ability to obtain and maintain it.Preferred QualificationsRegulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with USEPA regulations, including CERCLA and RCRA.Advanced Degrees and Certifications: Master’s degree in a related field and/or certifications such as PE, PG, or PMP.US Citizenship: Required for this position.#LI-AC4Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
