Job description: Meeting Support Specialist (Conference Services) Location: New York, NY 10020 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5 PM – 11 PM Pay Rate: $21.50/hour We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Meeting Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily meeting and conference room operations while providing excellent customer service to internal employees and guests. Responsibilities: Set up and prepare conference rooms before meetings Greet and assist guests, clients, and employees Coordinate meeting room scheduling and changes Support catering setup and meeting requests Ensure meeting spaces remain clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist with basic office and workplace support tasks Communicate with internal teams to ensure meetings run smoothly Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional and dependable demeanor Hospitality, office support, or corporate experience preferred Willingness to learn and be a team player This is a great opportunity for someone with a hospitality or customer service background looking to grow within a professional corporate environment.
