Assist the Procurement manager with the procurement of materials, equipment, tools, parts, and services for NADR. Develop and maintain inventory listings of all tools, supplies, and equipment on NADR trucks, DRVs, and trailers for use in ordering and restocking. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Maintain current information on companies that provide all types of tools, equipment, and supplies that support the department. Analyze current inventory with the Warehouse Coordinator against requests from field and local assets, and place orders to replenish stocks in Annex, Ministry Centers, or sites. Analyze and prepare reports associated with procurement and inventory. Create active working files, e-files, and summaries for each project. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four‑year college or university and one (1) to two (2) related years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of procurement and inventory software, and Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Access. Ability to establish rapport and develop relationships with all key stakeholders, vendors, customers, and colleagues. Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts and make decisions based on all available information. Particularly important in the selection of vendors. Must have an up‑to‑date DOT medical card. Twelve credit hours of college‑level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
