Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support our production operations on 3rd shift by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of shop machinery. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities and can work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Repair and replace motors, sensors, wiring, bearings, belts, pumps, and other machine components
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Conduct equipment inspections to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Collaborate with production teams to support daily manufacturing goals
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to diagnose PLC-related issues (basic understanding acceptable)
• Experience with shop machinery such as CNCs, saws, presses, conveyors, or other production equipment
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout and general safety practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

• Welding or fabrication experience
• HVAC, hydraulics, or pneumatics knowledge
• Electrical certifications or trade school training
