Your key responsibilities include:Performing oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs with speed and precision.Washing windshields, checking tire pressure, and ensuring every vehicle is in top shape.Engaging with customers to recommend the best oil and services for their needs.Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.Assisting with opening/closing procedures and promoting our brand with pride.Occasionally holding signs to attract customers and bring energy to the shop!What We're Looking For:A positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.Team player with a professional appearance and strong work ethic.Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.Work Environment: You'll work in a dynamic shop environment with exposure to hot/cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. It's a hands-on role that keeps you moving and engaged!Physical DemandsComfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.Multitasking, bending/reaching, repetitive & fast-paced movementJob Type: Part-time / Full-time – 8-hour shifts, weekend availability, some holidaysReady to Jump In?
