Privacy Team Product Manager

The Privacy team is responsible for operating a world class privacy program and building a world-class privacy user experience to the community. Beyond maintaining compliance with global privacy laws, we strive to create user trust & differentiate the brand with our privacy posture and practices.

We are looking for people who have:

• 3-5 years of prior Product management experience - Shipping features (from 0-1).
• Excellent communicator - written, verbal, presentations (familiarity with Google slides and Keynote is a huge plus).
• The ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders through data, product insight, and great relationships and rapport.

Knowledge & fluence with the following tools:

• SQL, Superset, Tableau.
• G-Suite - Google docs, slides, calendar, gmail
• Slack for primary work communications.
• Zoom for meetings (remote environment)
• JIRA and Asana for product backlog management
• Knowledge and experience implementing privacy principles in complex technology ecosystems, esp. Data subject rights Automation.
• Some knowledge of EU and US data privacy legislations, industry practice and how they impact business operations and product design, could identify the potential impact/risk to business according to external regulations change.

Bonus Points:

• Experience within the Diversity and Inclusion space.
• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years experience in privacy, compliance, security operations and program management, preferably in a global B2C technology company.
• Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), or equivalent professional certification is not required, but preferred.
