Administers, configures, monitors and tests application servers for business and network operations. Provides suggestions and recommendations for new technology solutions. Work with senior level engineers to implement applications and technology solutions. Monitor daily data and application server backups, upgrades, and patches. Including but not limited to:Design and implement network infrastructure: Plan, configure, and deploy Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers, wireless access points)Network performance testing & validation: Ability to conduct site surveys and end-to-end testing to validate throughput, redundancy, and failover capabilities across all floors and workspacesDocumentation, including but not limited to network diagrams and rack elevation drawings: Create and maintain accurate network diagrams, IP address allocations, and equipment inventoryStructured cabling oversight: Collaborate with contractors and low-voltage vendors to ensure proper installation of network cabling, including patch panels and IDFs/MDF setup2+ years and proficiency with Troubleshooting skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant field and/or additional relevant IT related experienceAbility to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do Preferred: Collaboration with other IT teams: Work closely with systems, security, facilities and other operations teams to ensure seamless integration of their technology needs with existing infrastructure componentsGeneral understanding of Cisco Nexus 9000 series switchesGeneral understanding of Cisco Catalyst switches (9300, 9200CX, etc.)Eager to learnTeam orientedExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Familiar with the followingCisco Webex Calling, CUCM and UCCXVMWare ESXiDell Storage systemsBrocade FC switchesSANNAVInfor HMS and Sales & Catering platformsGuestroom technology (InfoValue/Crave/JamF MDM solution) EA_ExpHire #LH-1 EA_ITS_ExpHire Deloitte is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
