LPN (Contract) – NY 13165
Pay: $1,258 – $1,420
Schedule:
Full-Time, 5x8-hour shifts (Days/Evenings as needed)
Must be able to start orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
Every other weekend (EOW) required
Holidays required
Provide direct and indirect nursing care to residents
Collect and report patient data; assist with care planning
Support implementation and evaluation of care plans
Collaborate with RN and interdisciplinary team
Maintain patient safety, comfort, and documentation standards
Active NY LPN License
BLS (AHA or RQI only)
1+ year LPN experience (LTC preferred)
Ability to care for adult/geriatric patients
Strong communication and teamwork skills
