Join us and help shape what's next.We are seeking a Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician to support electrical maintenance and reliability within an industrial manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, production equipment, and facility infrastructure in compliance with Massachusetts Electrical Code (527 CMR 12.00 / NEC) and company safety standards.This position works closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and automated systems.Core ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with Massachusetts electrical licensing regulations and NEC requirementsTroubleshoot industrial equipment, motor controls, and power distribution systemsMaintain and repair production equipment including mixers, presses, conveyors, curing ovens, and automated manufacturing systemsPerform conduit installation, panel wiring, motor connections, and control wiringSupport preventative and predictive maintenance programsRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manualsAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projectsFollow and enforce LOTO, OSHA safety practicesMaintain documentation of electrical work and maintenance activitiesCoordinate with external licensed contractors when requiredRequired QualificationsValid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician LicenseHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3–5+ years of electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of: motor controls, 3-phase power systems, industrial equipment wiring, electrical troubleshootingAbility to work independently within scope of MA Journeyman licensing requirementsWillingness to work overtime or flexible hours as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience with PLC systems and industrial automationExperience supporting rubber, plastics, or heavy manufacturing equipmentFamiliarity with preventative maintenance systemsOSHA safety trainingSkills & CompetenciesMechanical and electrical aptitudeStrong problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and develop technical skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesTime management and organizational skillsVibram is a dynamic, growth-focused company seeking team members who are ready to grow alongside us.
