Temp - Occupational Therapist (OT)

Traveler Care Provider

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Billable OT:

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Summer Holidays: Traveler will be required to work 1-2 of 3 (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)

Orientation Schedule:

Mondays

Requirements:

• Higher rates will be considered!
• Any years of previous experience accepted
• First time traveler okay
• Epic experience [required]
• BLS [required]
• Child and Adult abuse mandatory reporter [required]
• State license [required]
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
• Patients are 55+

Profile should include:

• Driver's License [required]
• Work history/resume [required]
• Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
• License verification [required]
• Copy of required certifications
• References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]
• **Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. **

Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf and Fort Dodge level 3 trauma center

Moline level 2 trauma center

Muscatine level 4 trauma center

Rock Island level 1 trauma center
