The EMT/Basic must demonstrate clinical competency and compassion in providing for physical and emotional needs of patients.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience as an EMT preferred. A baccalaureate degree is preferred. Must be proficient in English; must have the ability to read, write, and speak in English.Current certification as a Nationally Registered EMT/Basic. Current Florida EMT/Basic Licensure/Certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with Mayo Clinic policy.Exemption Status Nonexempt Compensation Detail $20.00 - $22.41 / hour Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Full Time Hours/Pay Period 60 Schedule Details 0.75 fulltime. 12-hour shifts 7a-7p weekdays and weekends.
