Location Virginia Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (Full‑time) Outpatient Ortho – Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Address 110 Scottsville Center Ste‑B, Scottsville, VA 24590 We create the opportunity – YOU make the impact. At Ivy Rehab, our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high‑quality patient care. We foster a culture centered on professional growth, hands‑on learning, strong clinical relationships, collaboration, and long‑term career stability. Compensation $83,000 to $105,000 per year (based on location, experience, certifications, etc.) Clinician bonus plan: up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). What We Look For License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Eagerness to grow & learn. Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, pediatrics, neuro, geriatrics, etc.). Team player.
