The Digitas culture is made up of fearless, inventive and generous Unicorns of all kinds.Overview About the role We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Creative Project Manager to manage the intake, review, and handoff of creative assets across multiple stakeholders. In this role, you'll partner closely with clients, creative agencies, and internal activation teams to ensure assets are accurate, compliant, on-spec, and ready for launch. You'll help keep work moving smoothly from intake through quality assurance and final handoff, bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to every stage of the process.ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll doManage intake of creative assets and project materials from clients and creative agency partnersReview creative deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand, technical, and platform specificationsCoordinate QA checks to ensure assets are ready for activation handoffCommunicate clearly and proactively with clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders on status, revisions, and next stepsTrack timelines, dependencies, and approvals to keep projects on scheduleFlag issues, missing elements, or spec mismatches early and drive them to resolutionMaintain organized documentation, version control, and asset tracking throughout the project lifecycleSupport smooth handoff to activation teams by ensuring all final deliverables are complete and properly formattedCollaborate across teams to remove blockers and keep work moving efficientlyQualificationsQualifications3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, digital production, or a related fieldStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlinesExperience working with creative assets, production workflows, or digital marketing deliverablesComfort reviewing specs, file formats, and final deliverable requirementsA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong follow-throughExperience supporting regulated client work is a plusFamiliarity with regulatory review, compliance requirements, and guideline-driven asset review in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings is a plusNice to haveExperience in an agency, creative operations, or digital production environmentFamiliarity with trafficking, activation workflows, or handoff processesUnderstanding of common creative delivery specs across digital channelsExperience with project management or workflow toolsExperience working with medical, legal, and regulatory review teamsWhy this role matters This role is essential to making sure assets are accurate, compliant, and ready for launch. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
