Role Description This is a full‑time Assistant Business Manager role based on‑site in Santa Clara, CA. The Assistant Business Manager will be responsible for supporting property operations, financial management, and tenant relations. This includes assisting with budgets, accounting, lease administration, rent collection, handling resident inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves collaborating with property management teams to deliver exceptional service to both clients and residents. Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, accounts management, and reporting Proficiency in lease administration, tenant relations, and resolving resident inquiries Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to support positive client and resident relationships Familiarity with real estate operations and property management practices Effective organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in software tools relevant to property management and financial reporting Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Prior experience in property management or related fields preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
