Services are performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).Responsibilities include:Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility supportProviding companionship and emotional supportLight housekeeping including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environmentMeal planning, preparation, and grocery shoppingAssisting with ambulation, transfers, and prescribed exercisesSupporting independence while maintaining client dignityMonitoring and reporting changes in client condition to the supervising nurseAttending company-provided ongoing training and continuing education (CEUs)QualificationsActive New Jersey CHHA Certification (required)High school diploma/GED preferredCPR certification preferredClear background check and drug screeningMust be dependable, compassionate, and have excellent communication skillsReliable transportation requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to safely lift up to 30 lbs and assist clients with mobilityAbility to drive to client homes (some may not be wheelchair accessible)Good vision, hearing, and overall physical healthWork Location Client homes throughout South Jersey including Gloucester County, Camden County, Salem County, Cumberland County, and nearby areasWhy Choose Care Right There?
