What You'll Do Community Marketing & Relationship Building Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and other potential community partners. Identify opportunities to introduce Chick-fil-A to new Guests and strengthen relationships with existing Guests. Coordinate community outreach, local partnerships, events, and promotional opportunities. Represent Chick-fil-A with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality. Social Media & Digital Marketing Manage the restaurant's marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, events, and promotions are organized and executed on time. Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Use Canva to design creative graphics, promotional materials, and social media content. Identify opportunities to leverage the Chick-fil-A App to engage Guests, increase awareness, and encourage repeat visits. Coordinate Chick-fil-A Cow appearances and other brand engagement opportunities. Develop creative marketing ideas that support restaurant sales, community awareness, and Guest engagement. Set goals, monitor results, and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Proficiency with Canva for designing graphics and marketing materials. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to plan projects, set goals, and follow through on results. Experience in marketing, social media management, customer service, sales, event planning, or community outreach is a plus. We're looking for the right person, not just the right résumé.
